We are running a contest to find a logo for our upcoming project, Video Game Zone (VGZN) This is the 2nd logo contest I've run on DP Forums, so please check my feedback for authenticity. We're looking for a clean logo, which will be brandable on Business Cards, T-shirts and products. it should be distinctive and appear simplistic, even if it isn't. A logo we really like the look of is the Deviantart one - it's simple, recognizable and has a very modern edge to it. We are running this contest on a few other sites, and the winner will be confirmed within 7 days from this thread going live. So, here is the brief. Logo can either be "Video Game Zone" or "VGZN" - Our preference is VGZN however. Must be clean, modern and easily recognizable. Must work on a variety of different coloured backgrounds Must be editable by us in the future (Ideally we're looking for a vector for no detail loss resizing. Must be your OWN work. By entering, you confirm that if you win the contest, all rights to the logo will belong to us once the $100 has been transferred to your Paypal account. If we find a logo we particularly like before the close of the competition, we reserve the right to end the contest and transfer $100 to winning entry before closure date, so PLEASE submit your ideas as soon as possible.
