Contest Logo Design - Concept Provided - $25 Paypal

Hey Guys!
I have a client who needs a logo revamp. I've provided an image of the concept.
Some notes,
1. Blue/Gold color scheme as in 1st photo.
2. Fonts similar to image 1, but bolder.
3. Icon - idea is a square box that has a compass protruding out the top (as in image 2).

Let me see what you can come up with!

$25 paid VIA Paypal after 2-revision maximum to winner.
Winner must provide fonts/vector/illustrator file.

@dikoka, nice try so far! Please note the colours are blue and gold. Also, the thought is that the compass only protrudes out the top right of the box like the sample...
