I think aqualife not steal your file posted in contest. He just steal your idea. The concept is pretty simple and everyone with little skill with photoshop or illustrator can do the idea. It is a brilliant idea though, and now it is stolen. Aqualife is definitely a scammer. I Would never enter his contest ever again...
