Logo design, $25 content

Hello


i need a new logo for my website

its a website selling softwares, similar to download dot com

you are the designer, be creative, a little of web 2.0 will be good

there is an exisiting banner/logo type right now..i want to replace that

the logo does not have to be a banner style...

- you will provide me with both, PSD and gif format
- The PSD file should use web colors, not CMYK.
- the logo should reflect the website design
- if any special fonts used, include it

i will try to comment on your designs, but can't promise i can give feedback to all entries.

the content will end in 24 hours from the time of my first post

at anytime , if i like any design, i can end the content and announce the winner
