Buying Logo creator / creation of new logo

    Good day,
    I am searching for a good graphics designer in order to create a logo for a new company.

    I require the following files:
    - A square-like image with an easily recognizable image or graphics
    - The horizontal logo itself <- this logo should have the possibility for a built-in slogan / a subtitle

    A requirement: I need the original file in order to edit it myself later on. This means: Fireworks PNG / Illustrator AI. The graphic needs to be a vector graphic!

    Budget: ~50 USD
