    Hey,

If you create a logo for your company how do you go about copywriting the logo so nobody else can use it?

I'm not exactly sure what the price is anymore for trademarking, which is what you need, but if you checkout http://uspto.gov ... they have price schedules and the proper forms and guides to help you on your way.

Try them first ... they are your best bet.

Just write some text somewhere on the page that says

Logo Copyright (C) 200X, Your name here.
Technically that is copy writing it

You can't just trademark something you have to have a patent for it otherwise it may have already been trademarked and you can find yourself in a whole lot of trouble, I'm telling you just put the (C) logo.
