For the Tshirt design, We need full artwork of a wild floating party down the river, perhaps in the rapids, etc. The tshirt will incorporate the winning logo into the final design. For the website design / code we need a fun, crazy website that shows people having a great time tubing down the river. appleriver.com is an example of what we don't want.
