    We have some new apartments called Rio Station Apartments - they aren't too far from an old-time train station.

    Would like a train station to be part of the theme.

    Will pay the winner via Paypal - contest will end in 48 hours or less - would like the original large file, a pdf and a jpg/gif with clear background! Don't have a design in mind, so it is wide open, our buildings go from white to brown with some green - I will comment early and often - please post all pics in the forum so the comments are fair and in the open for everyone.

    If I like one, I will pick it and end the contest early!

    It would be nice to have a picture of the apartments and to know what train station the apartments are close to so that we can incorporate elements of them into the design.

    you may check all those images are all cliparts and free shape tools, i guess you want your logo to be unique and brandable. :(

    thanks have criticized its design, you do not have a right to say it's completely free clip art and tools, so far I only design the make adobe photoshop and adobe illustrator the Tools cc and you could make such design. do it!

    hey andi, don't get me wrong i am just saying the "bunch in your entry is a collage of cliparts, tell me which one is yours, (u have designed) and even the texts are not yours. all those i also have in my adobe, u can use that tools (shapes) for enhancements only of your design, but not totally 100% , u should make an original logo out own your own and add those shapes.
