    Here's what he said, it will help you to get into his head and see how to win

    "I was really looking for something to represent recruitment, to expand on that with the dandelion metaphor...
    So you have the dandelion, which represents the pool of people,
    Then you have a few that are moving away from the "crowd" and then you would have one singular one further away from this, which would represent either; you -the candidate looking to secure your new Job or you -the company being able to attract that one person who is right for you.
    I just don't feel the logo quite represents that. It reminds me more of fireworks.
    I like the font, although would really like to see it with a capital A.
    I'm also not sure on the harshness of the blue going straight to black.
