No offence, but the only thing you did there is added a planet, then created a new layer and then you puted a music note, then add another layer and put the title. I can do that.

LOL, then do it yourself. Graphic design is about layering elements together to make a piece that communicates. I charged the piece at $25, as it reflects my time. What the hell do you expect for that sort of money?!
