My understanding is that because Photoshop is a "paint" program, it will still be considered bitmap/pixels and not vector. I can stand to be corrected if wrong.......

My designs are in photoshop but they are made up of paths, so are fully scalable. I also stand to be corrected if wrong
Photoshop is a paint program Not a vector program... Just because one can scale in Paint doesn't make it a vector format. otherwise .Psd would be listed as a Vector with .Wmf, .Svg,. Ai, Etc... Adobe Illustrator works in vector But Adobe Photoshop works in Paint. Adobe has separate programs for different types of design.
