Logo Contest! $40, 3-days

Hi All,

I need a logo for my web start-up! Our name is Lama Lab. I want something web 2.0 with cool letters and an icon. We are in the B2B analytics space, so something interesting and catchy but with a bit of professionalism.

I don't want to stifle your creativity, so I'll leave it at that and provide good feedback.

I'll pay one winner via paypal.

Good job guys! (no "s" at the end of lab)

Chemicalinck: It doesn't really "pop" out of the background. Also, there is no icon incorporated. For inspiration think dalai lama or llama. The logo is a bit too formal and generic.

MattB: Looks good. I like the bar chart idea. Can you incorporate an icon with that idea? Maybe a tiny bit less diversity in colors.

Good call on the colours - looks much better with a limited colour palette.

Not quite sure how you want to incorporate a llama though (and keep it "web 2.0" and professional)

 

Yeah, actually it doesn't have to incorporate a llama. Just a thought. I am open to anything really.

Iriz: Good job! I like the lettering but not the microscope. Your on the right track though.

W1ck3d: Your submission is pretty cool also but it is missing the hint of professionalism I am looking for. Maybe change the font style or make the background image more crisp and hard-edged.

W1ck3d: That looks great. I love the concept. The black looks a little intense. Maybe dark grey with lime green letters?
