    My favorite concept so far (but not design overall) is T.j. Detwiler (# 15 in the list): very classy. I like the colors, the line, the mirroring of the leaf, and the placement of the graphic. Very well done.
    My problem with it is that it suggests that budgetit.ca is high-end and expensive, whereas the firm's major draw is its affordability. I am wondering if by changing the text to all lower case except for the IT, that the logo would appear still classy but also budget. Could you give that a try

    I also like nidhi100 (#20 in the list). Your deisgn is simple and effective. Could I see a version with a vertical rather than angled leaf?

    Divineworld (#14 in the list): another elegant design; I like your lower one. The leaf above IT looks a bit like a crown rather than Canada's emblem. Could you substitute a better graphic there?

    Dan Jaye: thanks for the re-design (#17). I like the vertical rather than slanted leaf. But I like the smaller size of the slanted leaf. Could I see what a leaf of that size would look in vertical rather than slanted position?

    I can make the logo more web 2.0 but this is just the basics.

    Also, the leaf looks larger that it really is when it's vertical. Tell me what you'd like me to try and I'll do it.

    Sorry for the delay. It arose because there were so many excellent designs that our team had a difficult time choosing.
    The winner is: misterbadz and his design is #4 in the list. misterbadz removed the $ sign and inserted a Drupal drop, for the final design. Thanks misterbadz!
    I will post the final design here shortly.
