Logo contest - $200

I am offering a contest for the design of a logo for easyfinddirectory (dot) com. The logo will be the header for the site. Contest is for $200.

Specs:

The site's background will be white so the logo's background must also be white.

The size should be somewhere around 400 pixels wide to 100 pixels high. Size is an approximation, the design is the importaint part.

Goals:

Transmit the right image to the public

About the site:

The website will be a typical internet directory.

i went to your url and it doesnt appear that your site is currently active. what can you offer for anyone to go on? whats your company do? what is your current color theme? are you looking for anything in particular? answers, damnit, answers! lol

I have posted a rough sketch of the site. You can view it at easyfinddirectory (dot) com . Its a really simple design. Most the graphics and color will be in the logo. The directory listings might have some color, perhaps blue.
