    Great job with the water drops. :)

    Ok so I have a couple of things to do here.

    The text part of the logo was better on the last revision so take this logo and swap the text from your previous revision.

    I also like the arrow on jhayes last design on page one of this thread. If you can incorporate a similar idea in this one that might be cool.

    Nice idea with the arrows but I really don't like the text portion of the logo.

    Maybe use more blues than greens for the globe.
