Contest Logo + Banner

    I need these two items for a site that will be listing jobs.
    The site name is [​IMG]

    Logo:
    270 x 58 pixels
    It must contain the site name.

    Banner:
    867 x 250 pixels
    It must be relevant to the site 's purpose, that is: JOBS. Remember this is a site that will list jobs for people that are looking to get hired.
    It should be sleek and professional style. It could be abstract, but not too abstract.

    Important!!
    Those items will be integrated into this theme: http://www.elegantthemes.com/preview/ColdStone/
    So please make the colors appropriately.

    Budget: $40.
