    I am going to preface this by saying, I had to get banners ready in 24 hours for a campaign that was launching and saw this thread and thought the banners were very good. I contacted Nick late last night and gave him a very vague description of what I needed. What I got was absolutely fantastic.

    I was planning to use these banners as a stop gap until i could hire a "professional" to create banner to be used on our very large campaigns. After seeing this work, I am no longer considering hiring anyone else. I just sent two more sets of banners Nicks way and plan on hiring him for numerous projects as I move down the line.

    Needless to say, I highly recommend you hire this guy ASAP before I take up all his time doing my work :)

    How do you work? Do you submit a few design concepts for the client to pick from and perhaps ask modifications? Or do you just create the header and that's it?
