Karmy, I just realised I didn't give feedback on your latest design. It's just not doing it for me. I very much appreciate your effort and willingness to do this but I can't put my finger on it. It just doesn't have that modern look and high visibility that I am after. I am not sure how you can improve it though.

Romlin, thanks for the reply. I look forward to the revisions when you get a chance. I will end this on Tuesday sometime. Hopefully you'll get the time to do it by then.

Romlin: very, very stylish designs once again. I like the top 4. It's perhaps a personal thing but I don't like those branches or laurels (not sure what to call them. English is not my first language. I am one of them wogs).

I am obsessed with no 1 being much bigger. I know it may not be fully accurate and may change the design but I have to ask you: can you place the stars or the "flag" in the opposite corner and make the no 1 reach all the way from the bottom of the picture to the top of it (in the right side). What bugs me is there seems to be some empty space in the left side at the top. I thought perhaps the no1 can fill that space by going all the way from the bottom to the top of the picture. Maybe you don't need to shift the flag or stars in the opposite corner, and perhaps just shift the words around so that no1 will go all the way from the bottom to the top.

I hope I am not confusing you.

Thanks for this Romlin. You got my idea. Maybe my English is not that bad aye? They all look great....but...just one more change please. I would like the # to be smaller somewhere at the bottom or perhaps on the same line as Australia's (immediately following the word Australia's). To position it this way I understand you would have to make the word Australia's smaller and also make the # smaller. But even without these changes, the designs look really elegant and modern. Thanks for your assistance.

Absolutely great Romlin. These new changes look really good. You did them spot on. Thanks for the great effort. I will close this contest on Tuesday and will announce the winner then.

I was hoping one of the other heavy weights (tomeek, coolwanz, speno, etc) would enter this but perhaps they are busy with other projects.

Shib, thanks for the new tries: The first one is getting better but it's still not good enough. I am not sure about the blue stars. It certainly is visible and it looks easy enough to read which is great but it doesn't have the corporate, modern look I am after.

The second one is a little the same. Looks a little plain. And also in both of them you used very boring colours/shades. I needed something more bright. Although totally different designs, have a look at kia and romlin's designs on this forum. They both seem to have pleasant colours. Yours are a little dull. Perhaps, this is your idea of what corporate should look like. Honestly, thanks for the designs but they need to be improved before I consider them.

Hi proteindude. I thought I would add another variation.

I sure wish I could make clean and crisp jpgs from Corel. Oh well, the original file is crisp anyhow.

Very pleasant designs Kia. They all look great, very stylish and very creative.

And just on the side: your location says SoCal. Is that Southern California? My favorite town in Southern California is Carlsbad. Absolutely beautiful. Even my son liked it (and not just because Legoland is there)

Yes, yes, yes... I'm about 20 miles from Carlsbad and used to work there too. I love it there. I still have yet to visit Legoland!!

My original supplier was based in Carlsbad, near the Palomar airport on Yarrow Drive. You got to visit Legoland. I initially thought it would be boring, after all how exciting could lego bricks be? And yet I was more than impressed with Legoland. It totally exceeded my expectations. If protein sales go well this year I will take the wife and the kids again to Carlsbad next year. Hopefully the new badge/logo will help improve the sales. I am sure the logo you did will. I'm just waiting for the web guy to do the new site with the new logo and watch the sales soar. You never know, sales may go so well I may even fly first class :)

I think protein you are focusing on Kia Ora's artworks. Yes you are correct in choosing designs. Please send me feed back about my layouts also. Thanks
