My website http://www.AxeBlaster.com is ready for an update! This site is 6 years old and has seen its better days, I'm ready to push it to wordpress. This is a electric guitar related site, about building fender stratocasters. (look them up if you are not familar, don't ad design elements from a different guitar). Other elements like amplifiers, volume knobs, etc are welcome. I am looking for a new logo and site design. I will pay $80 for both, $25 for the logo and $65 for site design if they the winners some how don't come from the same person. I'm looking for a vintage feel to the site, but still have room for advertising and content. For the moment I am open to all colors (except extremely bright and extremely dark). I don't want a dominantly black website nor do I want it sterile and white. All the content will be the same on the site except for what is listed below. Logo Design Shouldn't be wider than 300px (remember the scale of the website) Logo can be AxeBlaster or AxeBlaster.com Slogan is optional: Helping you build your dream guitar Site Design: Site will be wordpress based Ad space is important! 300x250px ads in sidebar, 468x60 in header, and either 728x90 or several 300x250px in footer Looking for vintage feel and creative but functional I need a homepage and content page layouts. Search Bar, Facebook and RSS feed icons required Pages to be removed from existing site: Store, Resources and Links, Forums, and Articles(these can be merged into the how to build a guitar section) Titles need to be text (not images like I currently have them) Should be 1000px wide I like the contrasting footers like on http://adpacks.com/ Looking for an interesting background (textured or even an image if it works). Sites I like: http://www.huxleyprairiefest.com/ http://bangersaustin.com/ http://www.thigpendesigns.com/ http://www.lataka.com/ http://adpacks.com/ The contest will run until Wednesday the 19th at 8:00pm EST. Ask all your questions you may have! Payment will be made via PayPal. Thanks!
I'm canceling this contest due to lack of participation, inability to follow directions and blatant plagiarism.
