Buying Logo and Header

Hello everyone!

2 weeks ago i posted here to offer header job then i passed the project to "canyoudigit" as of my thread: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1998083 but he never deliver it, he insists to pass a header that is not what i need, poor font, poor design, i think he is a beginner, and he is just after the money. He insisted me to pay 100%, so i did. and look until now, i have nothing..i lost money because of that. He never talk to me, I received a message from him saying "I said i will deliver it MY TIME!", see how unprofessional? But still I DIDNT GIVE HIM A NEGATIVE I-TRADER.

Now I have to look for another designer to do it, but this time i am looking forward for someone who can finish work first before I pay.

I am a good dp member, so do not worry about me, i hate being scammed all the time so i dont want you to experience it too..

I lost a lot of money and now on tight budget because of that.

I need a HEADER and a LOGO

the biggest pay i can offer is $10-15 for the header and $15 for the logo. I hope you can help me with this as i need to pass it today. with my budget i hope you can give me high quality work.
