Buying Logo and Graphics Required - High Quality

We require a logo,4 page image slider, buttons and background images for a site that will be launching in the near future. Graphics must be of the highest quality so please don't bid if you can't provide quality work. Please send us any ideas you have for the logo. We will require this project to be completed within 4-5 working days after the project as started.
