Contest Logo and graphic contest: $50 Prize

Hey there,

I am starting a document scanning/digitization business and currently building out the site.

I need two things:

• A logo for the name of the business (which will go at the top of the page - name of business is in screenshot below)
• A graphic for the banner to convey the idea of the business (which will be immediately underneath the menu buttons)

Here are the guidelines:

• Contest ends 1 week from today
• Job winner must provide raw files as well as .png/.jpg
• Payment will be via Paypal
• I will try to login often to provide feedback
• Thank you and look forward to your designs

Please see below screenshot for the name of the business and the current working graphic. These are for your reference only.

Again, I would like similar colors but design of logo and graphic is entirely up to you. The graphic should convey the idea of paper documents being scanned/digitized.

Received a couple submissions via PM (is this a new thing? The PM-ing of submissions?)

Please ignore the graphic that is present as an example. It is just some shapes to show what would be there.

The business is a document scanning business. This means paper documents scanned to digital format.

The entries I've received all duplicated the example graphic of a computer monitor ---> paper. If anything, this is completely backwards. It is paper or scanner to digitization.

Can you or anyone else make a graphic that would indicate paper documents being digitized?

Perhaps a graphic indicating documents then an arrow pointing right to another graphic indicating digitization (CDs? hard drives?)

The graphical piece indicates document so I just added some digitalization and reduced the shade of scan.

 

Changes can be made.

I like this font and color but the graphic indicates shredding paper to me... can you think of a different graphic? we scan paper documents into digital format. thank you.

Thanks so much for your submissions.

I definitely like logos where the "paper" and "tronix" are different colors.

I also like the concept of a piece of paper turning into...uh... whatever represents digitization - can anyone hone this a little bit? Maybe turn the paper into 0s and 1s? Or whatever else would represent "digital"

Also, our slogan is "Document Scanning Solutions"
