Contest Logo and Branding contest - $25

Here it is, name on one line and thicker font, but I don't know what you wanted to say about the thing with background. It is done for a white background, and it looks good on a black background too. Thanks in advance!

Here is my concept hope you will like,

 

Beautiful. Only thing I would change would be to make the *font* closer to the red in the logo of the following sites:
Economist.com
Businessweek.com

Note sure if our communication is working out too well, as this doesn't reflect anything I was meaning to ask for other than the top of the middle building being taller than the middle two buildings. The bottom of the middle building looks confusing as the door is in the middle of the building.

Please no mounain range outline in the logo or upsidedown check on top of the text

The text was fine as it was, just wanted to try different colors (such as red, blue, etc.) instead of gray lettrs and lose the shadow underneath the text
