Thanks for the entry, looks good, there's nothing to be changed. I like that it's simple and the icon flows well with the text.
Thanks for the work Jake, I like your version the most. But that's just my opinion, I have to consult with my partner as well. As for changes, I need you to do 3 small variations so I can see which one looks better. Btw, the small version of the logo is awesome, the colored one on the left (although the one on the right looks OK as well if printed black and white). 1. from the first version of the logo (in your last post), try and make the letters "P" and "B" part of the bottom line without the stroke (or empty space). I'm not sure how difficulty this is, because of the gradients. 2. a version with the letters P and B at the same size as they are now, but sitting above the line like the rest of the letters. I guess you'll need to make the line on the bottom a bit longer on the left, to be under "P" as well. 3. same thing as above, but with the letters P and B the same size like the others, but still in capital and still in the same color as they are now
As there are quite a few entries so far, quite some nice ones, we're going to end the contest on the 3rd of January, 10:00 GMT. I'll have to consult with my partner though and I'll probably announce the winner a bit later than that. Thanks guys and congrats for all the entries so far! I'm still looking forward to seeing more entries until then! PS: the winner might also get the job to work on the site's design
CONTEST ENDED Will announce the winner soon, in 24h max, after I consult with my partner for this project. Thanks everyone for the great entries and congrats for all the designs! Will continue to host contests here whenever I need anything.
CONTEST WINNER IS Jake-Johnson I need this version, as shown above, plus the small versions with just "PB" (both in color and black&white). So 3 main versions. If possible to also send the other big versions as well just for archive, that would be great. I'll send you a private message with my e-mail address where to send the files. Of course, along with the files I also require your PayPal address so I can forward you $50 (I will do so after I check the files and see that everything's alright). In case anyone's wondering - why I chose this design over the others. I liked quite a few others as well, but the colors and style of this one seemed to be the simplest and express the most professionalism of all. Plus, it would look good if printed. Plus, it would look good if animated in a video intro. Plus, there is a small version. But yes, it could be also a matter of taste, as my partner and some other people liked another entry more. Anyway, thanks everyone for the great entries, for the number of entries and for the great positive vibe that surrounded this contest. I'll be back for more whenever I'll need anything else
