Hi Everyone Need a fresh and professional logo for: Social Media Gateway. Must be able to look excellent as a FAVICON. So clever and simple is better. If you have any questions - please let me know. Best of luck. TS
Hi Everyone Thank you for the lovely submissions so far - your efforts are appreciated. From the submissions, I'd like to CLARIFY direction a bit: I would like the Social Media Gateway to be unified with an icon (if there is one) for the favicon look. In other words, it must either work with the text in the favicon OR must be recognizable as a brand with letters SMG in the favicon, with the text underneath for the actual logo. cristiano18 - Thanks for your entry - it is appreciated. Colours a bit dark, but nice concept - like MSN messenger. Nora - Thanks for your entry. Nora, you entered for my previous contest too, so it's good to see you again. Your logo is very clean. I like it. And the favicon looks great. I am only concerned that it does not relate enough to the name or concept. Is there a way to incorporate the SMG into the green icon with the wording underneath? prudeinfotech - Thanks for your entry - it is appreciated. But not what I'm looking for. I'm looking for an original design. Thanks again for all the submission so far. Looking forward to and exciting contest. Please let me know if anything is unclear or if you have any further questions. Best TS
Here is my revision: I decided to keep the favicon as it is, anything that's even slightly more complex isn't going to work well as a favicon.
Hi Everyone Some fantastic submissions received so far! Thanks for the great effort. What a contest! I'll be posting some specific feedback shortly. In the meantime - well done everyone! Best TS
Hi Everyone Looking great. Some exceptional works of art - well done! Some specific feedback below. What I would also like to see if possible is: - a variation of the letters SMG arranged as ICONS (original, but as per examples included: http://pennybutler.com/wp-content/uploads/pro-socialnetwork-graphics.jpg ) with text below - Some version where the icon is incorporated into the text, but can stand alone SPECIFIC FEEDBACK: kete - I love this logo. Thanks for taking part in the contest. Clean, fresh and happy. Let me think of a way to make it work better as a uniform logo. Well done. Oyst - Welcome. The logo is a bit busy, and I feel the look and concept can be a bit more modern to communicate professionalism in that space. Thanks for taking part - all efforts are appreciated. cristiano18 - Thanks for the update - appreciated. Like the green. Wondering whether the icon is current enough or whether there's some way to make it look more current(than e.g. MSN messenger). shiuli - thanks for your entry - it's appreciated. Love the alpha feel of the logos - especially the blue one. But I feel they might be a bit confusing or too young/radical for the professional crowd we're targeting. I would also like focus on the M and G too. zainadeel - The one on the left with the colourful "people" and gateway is your best. Really cool. Thinking whether that can work in this setting. Nice going, happy and clean. Thanks for the entry. logohits - thanks for the entry. I like the ICON concept a lot, but prefer the refined text to the chunky. I'd like the icons to look more like actual Social Media platform icons. Nora - thanks for the update. Maybe the simplicity of the first one worked better - as it sticks in my mind. Thanks again. lanz913 - Thanks for the entries. Love the tight red and black text, but the icon seems a bit dated or not fresh enough. The second one has a LOT of potential. I feel it needs to be crisper and a bit more professional colour, but same concept. Let me know if this is not clear. Thanks again. focused.on.art - Thanks for the entry. This logo actually reminded me of the DP logo in a way. Sorry, I'd prefer something that feels more original/fresh. misterbadz - thanks for the entry. Clean. But I feel it needs a bit more "oomph". - thanks for the entry. Love the one with the colour. But the fonts must be unified - same in text as in ICON. Also, can the bubble tie in better with text underneath? Thanks again for the spectacular entries so far - best of luck for the rest! TS
