Ok I was editing my blog today and under settings I change a few things.... WordPress address (URL) > http://mysite.com/blog TO >> http://www.mysite.com/blog and Blog address (URL) > http://mysite.com/blog TO >> http://www.mysite.com/blog Now after doing this change I cannot log into my blog!!!! My username and PW are correct..I double check them 1000 times.....no actually 11 times.. When I click on 'lost your password' and I enter my email address...it says....There is no user registered with that email address ..thats horse shit...... But when I enter the username....it says....'Check your e-mail for the confirmation link'.......so I have waited for almost 12 hours and no message from worpress is seen in my in box......t So I am stuck here.....I cannot access my blog to edit the site at all....I want to strongly believe that the changes I made to domain satus under settings cause this havoc........I can be wrong..... So if someone can help me thank you...Thank you...
Check if there's any .htaccess file at the root of your wordpress hosting directory. Back it up and delete from the server. Then try loging in.
Where exactly is that located? What is the path to locate the .htaccess file in my wordpress hosting directory
