Login problem to co-op network

    Till some time one of my domains included in co-op network is red
    highlighted and i cant login for this account.
    I cant restore password - system tells there is not such user id in database.
    I am not able to create this account to - username not unique.
    I cant create new account with this domain - domain is used.
