your question sounds something like .. i saw those cool flying things called airplanes, and now i want to have one for me .. would someone please do me a favor and design one for me quick ? in other words, what you want is a whole system and you definetly can't do it by yourself (judging by your post). So .. hire a programmer If i was to do it, i wouldn't ask any less than 2k USD .. but sorry, i have lot of my own projects to work on. Don't be surprised if programmers ask up to some 7k for the job, depending on what other "small things" you want (such as a back-end to manage the users, grant permissions, etc)
