logging back into dp every 30 secs

    any 1 else have the same problem of having to re log in to dp every 30 secs ? whats that all about ? very annoying

    Try using the "Remember Me" option while logging in.

    Does that help?

    If you're using Chrome, go to the Wrench, Options, Under the Hood, Content Settings, All Cookies and Site Data
    Find DP, then remove it.
    Login back to DP with REMEMBER ME checked.

    thanks for the replies , i think remember me is to save you logging when you return to the forum if you havent cleared your cookies , i mean half way through writing a thread, going from 1 section to another or just reading something for more than 30 seconds . its probably a big part of why i rarely come on the forum believe it or not log in , log in , log in ,im off lol.

    I am using my firefox browser recently and yes I have been experiencing the same issue since last couple of days. Anyone using firefox? Infact I have even saved my password on my system, however it still asks me to login. Sometimes, after I finish replying some thread in the quick reply section, it asks me to login and all the things I have to remember and retype again :(

    Someone was reporting that something on their computer was clearing their cookies every few minutes (something like Norton anti-virus, I don't recall exactly what it was). If something is clearing your cookies, you will be logged out because the system uses cookies to know who you are after you authenticate. If your cookies don't get cleared, and you don't use the Remember Me option, you only get logged out after you have not done anything for 15 minutes.
