Log-in Obscure - Can't Find Control Panel & Pm's

    Hello Forum:
    1. When I log-in, I do not see something like WELCOME ALAN as in other forums... however my username does appear at the bottom of the forum page under ACTIVES.

    2. Also can not find CONTROL PANEL and a link to MESSAGES / PMS.
    ​

    What am I missing??? :eek:

    Look at the links in the green line above this post and you will find second link is to userCP. The menu on page shows control panel links, message links etc. The body of page shows list of new subscribed threads, infraction list, and last five rep comments received. As new member you should not have any infractions or rep comments.

    Be sure to read the FAQ and all stickies to avoid receiving infractions.

    Hi & Thank you.

    I see the CP link only upon conducting a search... however nothing is visible at: http://forums.digitalpoint.com...

    At other forums, once you log-in, your NAME generally appears on the top right... then a LINK appears for CONTROL PANEL. I don't see either when I log-in... I have to conduct a search first... then the CP link appears.

    What am I missing? :confused:

    Your name appears on the top-right here too. If you're not seeing it, you're probably dealing with the login database problems we have. To avoid that, you need to always click the "remember me" box when you login. Then your details should appear.
