What affiliates are you having trouble with? List all of them. I will read your post again, and decide whether I am willing to let you use one of my affiliates. If your a youtube spammer, or facebooker, forget my offer.
Networks look for quality affiliates and hesitate to let someone join if their application throws up red flags.... I suggest moving on to a different network. Most have tracking systems that allow them to see that you've previously been denied from that network and they will more than likely deny you again and again. Hope this helps

Which affiliate network? There can be many reasons for your denial and unless you give us more info we can't really help. You can always looks at other alternates, there are tons of other networks looking for affiliates.
CB as in clickbank? If yes, then all you have to do is select a product from their marketplace and started promoting. You can use the affiliate area of each product to get all the affiliate goodies. I would also suggest you get a cheap .info domain related to the product you want to promote and then create a landing page or just redirect it to the vendors' page.
