I'm still not positive I want to sell this one. We make a lot of sites every year and this one I've grown attached to a little bit.

    http://www.locpages.com/

Take a look for yourself to see how it works. It has just under 30 MILLION static pages. It uses a complete US Business database for the content, which is fairly new.

Each City, such as http://www.locpages.com/pawtucket-ri has news, classifieds and weather.

This site is very search engine friendly, as you can see from the URLS. It's already begun to be spidered. MSN's LIVE has been about 5,000 times and Googlebot has been about 500, and the site is very very new.

Take a look around, and if you consider yourself a serious buyer please contact me with an offer.

I might be interested but the site is full of errors. How long has it been online? Google only has like 12 pages indexed?

Ok, sorry for the sloppy error handling, it SHOULD be working fine now. And thanks for pointing those out to me.

With such a large site, it's hard to find all of them.

GMaps Problem is because Google can't find that address.

I fixed the "Adhesive" links on that page. It was because of the "Nearby" section interfering with variables. Thanks for bringing it to my attention.

Written in PHP with a MySQL database. Some JavaScript.

$200 for this, no. It has just under 30 MM unique URLs, comes with a complete US business database that's valued at about 5x your offer for the complete site.

Isn't it just that database converted into content?

Will you not keep the copy of the database? If not, I would like to bid, else it is sort of turnkey site..

Then perhaps you missed the part where you as the person selling the site should have at least acted like you had a clue what the site is worth and listed a starting bid price at the beginning of the thread instead of playing the "make me an offer" game..

Let's bring you back down to earth there guy... all you're selling is a domain and one copy of a database that you apprarently plan on selling multiple times.

Or not.... maybe it's just me...
