I believe that is the day of the month that all commissions for that months paycheck must happen by. Instead of being the first of the month to the first of the month. They have it on the 10th.

    I think that's how i understood it.

Advertiser's can reverse a transaction or extend by the 10 of each month for the previous month's transactions....
if they don't then CJ will lock the transaction for payment. Advertiser cant reverse or extend ontheir own a locked transaction. If they really got some evidence of bad transaction, then they will have to contact CJ to reverse that trnsaction. So once the transaction is locked, its almost confirmed for payment on the coming 20th .

Your transactions are being verified. Once all the transactions are approved by the due date they will release the money!

So glad I found this thread!

Was thinking it meant that the offer was only open for 10 days a month.

Thanks to all who provided answers.

FYI - there was a slight delay (for some of us) in the "locked day" for January. It's normally the 10th, but for some it didn't occur until a few days after.
