I'm sure all of you are familiar with Lockerz.com. I am selling my forum http://lockerzforum.com. It is averaging over 2.6k unique visitors a day and monthly revenue of $90-$100 from being up for only 2 MONTHS!!!!. It is growing rapidly and continuing to grow. This has very great potential so someone lucky will get it and do whatever they like with it. You can be making nearly $500.00 a month with very minimal work put into it, but I wish I could but do not have the time with issues and school in life.

BIN is at 5K - If you have something higher to offer so no one else gets it, PM me (Include your AIM/MSN). This is the perfect price - The forum is growing rapidly! This is just a BIN. If you want to offer your own price, PLEASE LET ME KNOW

Will PM statistics or anything else only to SERIOUS BUYERS. you can't see the forum statistics unless you register (The stats you see on the bottom). This is to save SQL load.

It was registered on Aug 11th, the above date is wrong.

For fastest response, email and/or pm me:

Refresh it and it will go away. The host can't handle the forum currently so I need to move it to a new host if it doesn't sell.

I have the impression that lockerz might also introduce their own forums when the site opens up.

There will not be one but there will be other features added among the community such as shows, music, games, etc.

    Email them for more information.

Anyways, hopefully, someone actually makes a more better bid than the stupid double digits.

Well.. if another forum is official, people won't see much interest in visiting this one and I've been reading your forum participation, are you paying them to post on the site?

What are the monthly costs to keep them posting to keep the forum looking fresh?

    Nope.

No one is getting paid anything. There are constantly over 100 users online at a time.

Monthly hosts are only a semi dedicated server (or shared hosting). I currently am hosted with a buddy for free so nothing for me.

$75 here pending proof of revenue. If the site is making about $100 a month, how come you can't afford paid hosting with dedicated resources??

^ I can. I have not been paid by Adsense yet because adsense transferred all earnings to next month.

I can pay for it, but I do not have the time and have other issues to worry about in life.

Sorry If I made it sound weird.

I always wondered why people come here on DP and try to sell sites that present a revenue that easily surpasses their BIN price within a few months.

If you don't have any proof, would you at least provide access to your adsense account to verify the daily income?

Not saying this is your case, but it does happen quite frequently..
