    Hi,
    If i sign up from a country in europe and login to my account from there and set my billing address to My friend address in another country for example use
    is this against adsense tos?

    NO. You can always give address that don't belongs to you as long as you can receive letters from it.

    I'd say it's best to check with your bank! In my case my bank told me that the adress on the check needs to be identical to the adress on my ID.

    I don't think google has a problem with it!

    oh you can my boy i've done the same and one of my friends did the same and he'is getting money regularly it doesn't matter
