    In theory it's about current location and citizenship(s).

    But personally I think it's interesting to know where you've spent your life, to those whom like to tell!

    Otherwise I like to know where you are staying now (domicile), and where you're from (nationality).

    I am right now in US but hails from st. kitts. The island has nice program to adopt dual citizenship.
