From time to time when I'm browsing around, I see ads that say something like "Find more women in Hattiesburg" (the city I live in) on sites that have nothing to do with my city, they have just picked up my IP obviously and served up the ads. Is it possible for anyone to get ads like this? PPC for keywords is worthless to me since I probably rank for the search term anyway, but of course, no one is searching for those terms. I need to target anyone in my city browsing on the internet. Where can I find this?
