Localhost works but External IP connection doesn't

    I have done this before on another computer and everything goes fine so yes I know how to port forward but for some reason on this pc, I can't connect with an external ip or dns. I run a Minecraft server and people can join but web hosting doesn't? Please help me! I don't believe port 80 is not allowed with my ISP but it shows as being open with many port foward checkers.

    ISPs will typically block port 80. Do you have a firewall running? Have you ran a traceroute?

    Well, tried it on a different port and I confirmed it is not the port being blocked. I will try your suggestions, thank you.

    Yes, disabled firewall and still no success I don't know what or how to use traceroute.
