    Hi,
its my first post here, my previous post about the subject did not get much answers in other forums, so thanks if someone is willing to share some advice.

So i have jumped in the world of SEO 3 month ago, learning thinks about linkbuilding process through Pr network building and other inpage optimization techniques.

It works: i was able to rank first page 2 keywords for my first site in less than a month without too much work ( got 1000 visit in 45 days. And my big keyword quit competitive (12000 search per month EM) is on secong page, with a bit of more work, i know i will reach first page soon .
Actually thats for me kind of a "test" site to test various way to sell what im promoting and also build some credibility in the world of LOCAL SEO.

So yes i thought to concentrate in Local seo, trying to rank pretty easy keyword, with not much searches per month, with less competition geographickly targeted ( im in France) an then sell those leads... ( in niches with a lot of money indeed to spend).

I was able to rank first page a keyword in plastic surgery "niche" for a big french city in a week ( 390 search per month) cause i heard that some seo's were doing that in US and charging a lot surgeons to send them some patients .

And now im a bit stuck, im not sure how i should act to convince a surgeon to work with me.

What im sure is thats a good way to make a good living income once you get few clients and run away from the saturated affiliate market field (i made one sell after nearly 1000 visitors..
...) ( but thats anoter subject: how to increase CTR?)

Anybody has some advice for the next step i should take or experience in the subject?
Im not sure about The paying plan i should ask (here its totally different from us: surgeons are yes well paid but not as in us, with more national taxes, and most of them use already paying directories for quit cheap per year) (im not sure how to compete those directories in the billing process)

What i know is that i can rank there site first thats all!

Ok so any reaction are welcome, always with kindness indeed

    regards

i want to sell them, but not sure about the process
To be more clear id like to charge the surgeon for a certain amount of patient i send him.

    Is that more clear?

    thanks for your attention

Nice question , for increasing local search you can follow this steps

    1. add geo meta to your site - you have to put geo meta of specific area where you want to appear your site

    2. Increase social connection from that specific area.

    3. Citation building - add your site on google page or maps

after doing this major things your site will be ranked to local search

    Thanks

Hi! New to the forum but I think my expertise in sales general business knowledge will be helpful here! I'm looking to do the same thing here in New York.. But I have the sales and design expertise and I'm learning the seo haha (well, trying to learn :p)

What I would do in your position.. Cold call a few potential clients, write up a pitch and explain the importance of the website and emphasize on explaining "I'm going to give you a free website"!! Then you can negotiate some sort of payment.. Have a few written down before you call.. One option would be a monthly payment.. Another would be keeping track of jobs he gets and actually closes on, and then negotiating a percentage of the net profit from that job.

Another thing I would do is set up call tracking. You have a phone number that would re-direct to your clients phone number.(you would put that number on the website). Anytime someone calls that number it gets recorded and listed in an administration panel so you can observe exactly how many calls he is getting from your site... I use callrail.com, it's great. You can even make a separate login for your clients so they can view their calls as we'll

By free website, I mean.. The website itself is free than explain your monthly charges for seo upkeep, etc... If the site is ranking first page for a 300+ average search a month I would charge 5-600 a month

We'll if would have to be smoke you can kind of trust because they could easily say "I didn't get that job" and perform the work from your lead without you even knowing, so keep that In mind! Obviously it would have to be a client that's net profit is usually 1000-2000$ and up (depending on close rate) meaning, if your client gets and performs work on 90% of your leads than it's no problem charging 10%on a 1,000$ profit (that's $100 every time he makes 1,000$ from your lead. But if he only closes on a deal every so often you might only be making $100 a month! (Hope you can understand this) so you really have to sit down and figure out they're closing percentage on leads.. To answer your question normally between 10-15%
