Local searches

    Do you focus any attention on local searches?

    I think it would be worth it. At this point I'm not as familiar with emphasizing local searches. Any tips?

    Yes, use the geo-targeting option in Google Webmasters Central, works wonders with local searches.

    1. Login to Google Webmasters Central

    2. Select your site you wanna geo-target

    3. Click the "Tools" tab.

    4. Click "Set geographic target"

    5. Follow on-page instructions
