I posted this in the SEO section and no one replied: So I'll try here in the Link Dev. section: I'm going to be working with someone that will be doing business locally. I've always worked with clients on a national basis and this is my first for a "geo-targeting" or local search. I know that we have to pay for some services to get his site on board - like yellowpages.com. But we are trying to go about it free. Does anyone know what type of sites out there (like google & Yahoo maps) allow you to list local businesses for free? What about YELP?
