    Intro...
JaxForum.com is a forum for the city of Jacksonville in Florida, USA. The metropolitan population is over 1.3 million people. The site runs on free phpBB forum software which can easily be modified. Unfortunately since taking up the site I've run out of free time due to moving home. It comes with access to a MySpace account with over 340 people living in and around Jacksonville listed.

    Revenue...
It earns all revenue via Google at the moment, ads went online mid March, so 5 months total:

$87.55 / 5 months = 17.51 per month. So yearly figure, is roughly $205-$210. Obviously with more traffic this figure will go up, but at the moment that's the forecast based on almost half a year.

    Traffic...
Traffic, around 800 uniques a month on average (stats started mid-March):
    http://www.decimal.plus.com/misc/jax-traff.gif

Listed #1 on Yahoo.com for "jacksonville forum"
Listed #2 on MSN for "jacksonville forum"

    Sale Price...
    Start bid $350
    BIN of $600

    How to bid?
It'd prefer bids via PM, but otherwise reply here :)

FYI: this is also listed at SitePoint

Thanks for the PMs, just to answer the hosting question, it's currently hosted on my server but you will need to move it to your hosting package. If you don't have one then I'd recommend HostGator or DreamHost, both have good packages for around $7-9 a month which allow multiple forums/web sites.

Hi, I had a Buy it Now offer of $425 which I turned down, so you remain the top bidder now. Close date is just over 1 week, August 31st unless you want to offer me a higher BIN? I've reduced it to $475 now, or best offer.

I've been informed that guests couldn't see the correct skin. This has been fixed, so if you looked before then please re-check. It should be quite a colourful scheme, linked in with the colours of the logo.

Cheers and I've replied to all PMs now.
