    From my point of view - there is no big difference. It depends on your goals. Who will be your customers what exactly they will sell / buy on your website?

    thanks for reply but i want some sites belongs to both with good DA and also in free listing.. i have found many website but they were all paid and without any DA....if anyone have some good reference websites then....

    Local Directories are websites that offer lists of companies, typically based upon the type of products/services that they offer. Some specialized ones in the U.S. include Yellow Pages (yp.com), ThomasNet.com, Manta.com, globalspec.com, etc.

    Local Classifieds are websites that offer free or paid advertising for people or businesses. Examples include craigslist.org, qwikad.com, etc.

    All of the above sites offer free listings or free ads. Of course, there are premium opportunities with them for money.
