Hi there, I was on LBC listing for over a year in the top rankings and then about a month and a half ago my listing just dropped for no apparent reason. I initially verified over the phone but when I re-added my listing it only gave me the option of postcard? As stated before I was on Google LBC in top position. Lost ranking and my brother took it upon himself to re verify us but did so using his own account instead of our original business one and got the phone option. Now I want it back to before but am scared to have him remove our listing from his account in case we end up with nothing. I have just received the pin in the mail and verified my business account through my business account. What do we do?? should i delete the other entry that my brother has made with his account? How do i return to having my listing appear in the top ten like before? I'm just scared to make the wrong decision and end up with nothing or waiting again for months to be like before. Any help would be SOOOOOO greatly appreciated
