    Help,

My local apache (run under windows xp) stop working suddenly.
I use wampserver, here is the apache error log

    [Tue Jul 27 11:05:13 2010] [notice] Apache/2.2.11 (Win32) PHP/5.3.0 configured -- resuming normal operations
    [Tue Jul 27 11:05:13 2010] [notice] Server built: Dec 10 2008 00:10:06
[Tue Jul 27 11:05:13 2010] [notice] Parent: Created child process 3372
[Tue Jul 27 11:05:15 2010] [notice] Child 3372: Child process is running
[Tue Jul 27 11:05:15 2010] [notice] Child 3372: Acquired the start mutex.
    [Tue Jul 27 11:05:15 2010] [notice] Child 3372: Starting 64 worker threads.
[Tue Jul 27 11:05:15 2010] [notice] Child 3372: Starting thread to listen on port 80.

    Code (markup):
I have checked that port 80 is free and not used before apache is started.
    I have no skype installed.
I have no other apps that use port 80 installed.
I have tried to modify port to other than 80, for example 8081, but still doesn't work.
    I have reinstalled my wamp.
    I have rebooted my PC.
    I have cleared my registry.

    Any help is appreciated

I have tried xamp too but the apache won't start, it generated almost the same error log. I guess the problem is on my windows (maybe on network setting or such). Anyone can suggest me a solution?

In your "error.log" is nothing that say's error.

Did you change anything in .conf files? Or any other changes to your apache?

    Regards,

    Michael
