Loans for investing in websites

I just turned 18 and I am looking to invest in the web. Problem being I only have $700 and you know what they say, you need spend money to make money.

Are there any kind of loans I could get, around the $5k range, which an unemployed (soon to change) 18 year old could get to make this kind of investment?

You should go to bank and borrow from them.
They call this as macro lending.
