Loans are no longer allowed?

    I just want to clarify this. I need a loan via Paypal so I searched in google. I found a thread leading to DP and it was a person asking for a loan. I know, I read the rules. It says loan isnt allowed.

    Did the rules change? The thread I found completely allowed it. Just want to clarify. Thanks in advance.

    Maybe that was an older thread.. things that were allowed aren't allowed anymore.

    How do you need a loan trough PP, explain as I have not heard of that before???

    Loans were banned a few months back. It was the most simple scam method around.
