Loan Website for sale...makes $5K monthly...Leaving for Iraq

Foggy is a pretty serious bid/buyer I would say. I've seen him start many threads looking to buy revenue producing sites.

 

Maybe I've missed it, but I don't see any revenue proof from the various sources for the last few months. Can you post those please?

 

I'm assuming the email list you've gathered thru the site is not included in the sale? Assuming that, I'm wondering what percentage of the $5000 per month revenue is earned thru the email list, and what percent comes from visitors to the site?

SunAndGames - Thats correct...I am keeping the email list that I have gathered. The answer is no percentage. If you look at the stats I posted it doesnt include my Affiliate Earnings that I have made with my list. So they revenuw posted is from the site itself. I didnt think it was fair to post my earnings that I made from my list from this site because you may not be able to duplicate this. But I make about another $2,000 from this is thats why I posted the screen shots of my Aweber account...to show people that they can to create a list and make some money very easily.

I make that with my email list by Affiliate Marketing. Its basically sending them an email with a product that I am offering of someone else. Usually your commission is 50%...so, if I sell a product thats $97 to my list of 1000 people and assuming I convert at least 2%...then thats 20 sales x $50...so how it quickly adds up.

Ever heard of PPC and a good keyword list?

This would actually be a steal if the earnings are real, bc with some link building and a better design it could convert much higher. Page rank and alexa have absolutely positively no correlation to revenue.

 

Thanks for the help. A lot of people just dont understand what make a site convert well. I have done some link building but still a whole lot more can be done...and of course if someone is a website designer that could change the look at make it more attractive this site could really sore.

nebraskaemarketing - You do have the right to ask. But none of my dozen posts warrant me telling people that I am going to Iraq. This thread warrants it because if I didnt say it people would say "If the site is so good and you make so much then why are you selling?" See what I mean.

I believe this is legit. He has other auctions listed at sitepoint, a few of those have sold well, and no complaints after the sale. He's just short on time and needs a buyer. Wish I had more funds available. Good luck with the auction.
