Good morning, my opinion will be to give the site a face lift. Have a nice looking and attractive banner at the top with information tidied up and then maybe have a feedback/comments/questions page. This way you will not only be a 'directing/shunter' site, but visitors will come back, even if they might have a question. Once you get your visitors involved, setup a small forum if you like.
