loads content, which cms?

    i wanna a cms can handle loads content(10k or 1000k articles). it quickly create static page or it can quickly handle php page(with less cpu occupy). i use a cms it create 10k html pages for 2 hours. it is too long. any suggestion? drupal? or joomla? does it good for huge content?

    I heard of if you have many article say,1000k, joomla seo plugin will acculumate in data and become very big. right?
